Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or until the item has been shipped, whichever comes first.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@minimuffets.comwith your order details.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Wrong Item Delivered – In the rare case you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Conditions for Return Approval:
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
• Certain items like stationery sets, personalized gifts, or products marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• In the case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received. For all other cases, refunds will be processed as per the above policy.
